Volume pricing applies when your items share the same main design — including orders where only the name changes from piece to piece. Orders made up of completely different designs don't qualify.
Each product page shows that product's volume pricing and minimum quantity, and your discount is applied automatically in your cart.
For very large orders above the top discount level, please contact us and we'll work on pricing with you.

The easiest way to add multiple names is to design one item with the font and placement you like, then add your list of names in the Special instructions box on the cart page, with the correct number of items in your cart. We'll make sure your names look great and are consistent.
You can also design one item and use the Save Design button at the bottom of the page; this lets you reuse the same design if you want to change the name placement or font.
If you have dozens or hundreds of names, please contact us by email or through the contact page and we'll provide mockups of your item with your logo and names.
Adding an individual name or a second logo on the other side is $5 per item, or $3 per item on volume orders.

Shipping time is separate from production time. Once your order is made, you choose the shipping service at checkout.
We offer free ground shipping in the United States on orders over $200 USD, and free standard shipping in Canada on orders over $350 CAD.
We ship worldwide. All international orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout — there's nothing extra to pay when your order arrives. Some products can't be shipped internationally — mostly items containing batteries or Bluetooth, such as power banks and speakers — and restrictions vary by country. If you're ordering from outside the United States or Canada, please contact us first and we'll confirm.
If you have a tight deadline, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm we'll meet it.

Rush processing is available on request. Please contact us with the items you want, the quantity, and the date you need them in hand, and we'll confirm whether we can meet it.

Laser engraving is the most durable way your item can be decorated — it's permanent and won't come off unless the item is damaged. Our UV printing technology creates a very durable, fade-resistant finish.
Laser engraving is a single-tone process: it removes the coating to reveal the material underneath, so it can't reproduce color. We do offer full-color printing on selected products — where it's available, it's shown on the product page.
Care: tumblers and drinkware are dishwasher safe unless the product page says otherwise. Full-color printed items should be hand washed.
