SHIPPING
Orders under 12 pieces typically ship within 1–3 business days. Orders of 12 or more pieces ship in 5–7 business days. These are production times and do not include shipping transit.
Expedited shipping speeds up the in-transit time but does not reduce the production time. Rush processing is available on request — contact us with the items you want, the quantity, and the date you need them in hand, and we'll confirm whether we can meet it.
We are not responsible for any carrier delays in delivery. Please leave an extra "buffer" day if delivery by a specific date is critical — weather and carrier delays do occur.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping applies to orders that meet a minimum value:
US orders: $200 USD
Canadian orders: $350 CAD
SPLIT SHIPPING
We can ship your items to a mailing list you provide. There is a $4 per shipment handling charge plus the actual shipping cost, with a minimum of 12 products for split shipping. Please contact us for more details.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. All international orders ship DDP — Delivered Duty Paid — which means duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. There is nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.
RESTRICTED PRODUCTS
Products containing lithium batteries or Bluetooth — power banks, speakers, headphones and earbuds — are restricted for international shipping, and the rules vary by destination country. These products are marked on their product pages. If you're ordering from outside Canada and the US, contact us before you order and we'll confirm what we're able to send.
LOCAL PICKUP
Our production facility is in Marietta, Georgia. Local pickup is available on request — please contact us before ordering to arrange it. Pickup is not selectable at checkout.
INSPECTION
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 30 days of delivery if anything is defective, damaged or incorrect.
RETURN POLICY
Products that have been personalized or altered cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue. Returns must be processed within 30 days. To return an item, please contact us.
