Orders of less than 12 items typically ship in 2-3 business days. Orders of 12 or more pieces may take up up to 5 business days. All custom orders need to go through internal artwork approval phases prior to being manufactured.

We provide volume discounts on all items. Every product page has a table listing the different discount levels for that product. Simply add the number of items to your cart and your discount will be applied automatically. For very large orders that are above the top level discount. Please feel free to contact us and we can work on pricing with you.

The easiest way to add multiple names to your items is to simply design one item with the font and placement that you like, and then add a list of names into the text box on the cart page with the correct number of items added to the cart; we will make sure that your names look great and are consistent.
The second way to add multiple names to your order is to design one and use the safe design button at the bottom of the page; this will allow you to reuse the same design if you want to change the name placement and or font.
Finally, if you have dozens or hundreds of names that you would like to put on items, please contact us via email or use the contact page; we will provide mockups of our item with your logo and names that you would like.

Item manufacturing times are typically 2 to 3 days and are not included in the shipping speeds. We offer many shipping speeds and service services that can be selected at checkout. If you have a rush requirements or a tight deadline, please contact us via the online chat or email prior to placing your order; this will allow us to ensure we can meet your needs.

Most small customized orders can be rush manufactured and shipped if requested. Write a note with your in-hands requirements at checkout. If you have a large order requiring rush shipment, please contact us prior to placing your order, and we will ensure that we can meet your deadline.

Laser engraving is the most durable method that your item can be decorated with - it is permanent and will not come off unless the item is damaged. Our UV printing technology creates a very durable and fade resistant finish, but we recommend handwashing with this method.
