The etching was done with perfection, exactly as I submitted. On my first order I had a spelling error and the font was too small and they etched it as such. Be sure to double check the spelling and font size before ordering. The company was very helpful in getting me another order with the correct spelling and a bigger font in a timely matter. Great customer service. The tumblers are perfect.
