FAQs

Ordering & Customization

Do you have a minimum quantity?

There are no minimum quantities on our extensive selection of design-online products. Our wholesale submit-your-artwork line has very low minimums, ranging from 6–48 pieces.

Can I order multiple colors, styles, and sizes together?

Yes. With our design-online tool you can create any combination you like, with no minimum quantities. For wholesale submit-your-artwork orders, you can mix and match any colors within a style to meet the minimum quantity.

Can I add names or a second logo?

Yes. You can add individual names to the back of each cup, or a second logo (or the same logo front and back), for a small up-charge of $3 per item. Send your requirements along with your logo.

Can I change my order?

Changes can be made before your order is engraved. Please notify us as soon as possible with any change requests.

Will you engrave an item that I supply?

We are not able to engrave customer-supplied items.

Pricing & Fees

Do you charge setup or artwork fees?

No. Etchified does not charge any setup or artwork fees.

Do you offer bulk or corporate discounts?

Yes. We offer volume pricing starting at 12 pieces of the same design. See our corporate & team ordering options or contact our team for details.

Artwork & Proofs

Will I receive a digital proof before my order is made?

Yes. After you submit your artwork, we provide a digital mockup within 1 business day for you to confirm how your design will look with your logo.

Why doesn't my logo show up in the customizer properly?

Laser engraving is a single-color process, which can be tricky to simulate for full-color logos. See our laser engraving artwork best-practices page for guidance.

Are there designs you cannot engrave?

We cannot engrave copyrighted logos (e.g. NHL, NFL, Harley-Davidson) without permission or affiliation, or any racist, homophobic, or otherwise hateful imagery or phrases. If these are requested we will contact you for updated artwork or refund the order.

Product & Quality

Is your custom drinkware good quality?

Yes. We select the most popular items from leading brands for great selection, quality, and value, and use state-of-the-art engraving equipment for finely detailed, crisp results.

What does the final engraving look like?

Tumblers are laser engraved through the powder coating to expose the stainless steel underneath — it won't rub off with washing or handling. Wooden items get a permanent, shallow darkening effect.

Can you add color to an engraving?

No. The laser process removes a thin layer of material to create a durable, permanent design; we don't add color to engravings.

How do I care for my engraved items?

Tumblers need no special care. Wooden boards should be hand-washed with warm, soapy water (a soft brush helps on the engraving) and never put in the dishwasher; restore a dull finish with butcher-block or beeswax/mineral oil — never food oils such as olive or canola.
