Do you have questions? We have answers! Here are some of the frequently asked questions about our personalized cake pans:
Is the pan dishwasher safe?
While the aluminum base of the cake pan is dishwasher safe, the lid should be hand-washed only.
Is the pan oven-safe?
Again, while the pan itself is safe to go into the oven up to 450°F, the lid cannot be placed in the oven.
Can you etch copyrighted designs?
Unfortunately, we cannot personalize your cake pan with copyrighted logos such as NHL, NFL, Harley Davidson, etc. The exception is if you have permission or affiliation with the brand.
How long does it take to receive my customized cake pan?
Orders under 24 pieces are typically shipped within 1-3 business days.
Etchified offers shipping to physical addresses through a variety of providers and you can choose which service at checkout - and you’ll also be given an estimated delivery time.
If you are in the Edmonton area, you can pick up your order during business hours from Monday to Friday.
