This is the second time I order from this sight and I have been more than happy both times!!

We purchased a large bulk order (40+ mugs) from Etchified for our wedding guests. Each cup was personalized and we were able to choose different colours. The quality of the mugs and the engraving are stellar. Our guests love them.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the beginning of negotiations to the end product being delivered, the customer service we received was superb. Pricing is competitive and quality of work and product are great.
One of the mugs out of our batch was damaged (could have been in transit) and they replaced it without us even requesting a replacement. They were also great to add a last minute add-on for us.
I would highly recommend this company and we will certainly use them again in the future.

Purchased 10+ customized mugs with custom names for a work group - they turned out excellent and the laser engraving is sharp and of high quality. Prices are extremely reasonable and couldn’t be happier with the speed of service (picked up as we were local to Edmonton).
